I analyze your basic movements and range of motion and create personalized workout routines all burn stubborn fat while building strength and muscle tone. My science based and simple workout plans are delivered with precise instructions and demonstration videos using straightforward plain language. You won’t be creating another plateau here by sticking with the same weights and reps you’ve used in the past. My guidelines and testing process maximize safety by teaching you the best training techniques and how to listen to your body so you will no longer feel intimidated when weight training, whether at home or at any gym. To ensure safety and success I adapt workouts and I teach alternatives to any exercise, giving you the knowledge and confidence in addition to seeing results in just a few weeks.
