How to choose the right food for the 3 day diet military plan?

Peanut Butter – Choose peanut butter brands with less sugar if you are buying a jar from a store or you can have one made from home.

Toast – Use whole wheat bread and it can be toasted or eaten without toasting.

Egg – Cook hard-boiled egg in cold water and once it boils, leave it for 12 minutes. You can cook the eggs the way you wanted if it does not state hard boiled.

Tuna – This can be fresh or canned.

Hot Dogs – Turkey or Beef franks. Make sure that it is not the cheap kind of stuff.

Coffee or Tea – Caffeinated black coffee or tea. Do not add anything else.

Vanilla ice cream – Regular plain vanilla ice cream. Nothing else added.

Saltine Crackers – Plain Crackers

Any type meat – Can be beef, pork, poultry and seafood; fresh or canned.

Slice of Cheddar – Two ounces of cheddar cheese

Do not eat snacks in between your meals and make sure that you drink a lot of water. Substitution can be done as well as long as the nutritional value of the food is equal to the replacement.

Exercise should also be part of any diet plan and you should incorporate this in your days off.
